Locally Made: Original artwork made in Baltimore, MD, USA. From the Artist: For as long as I can remember, I have loved to draw and paint. My mother was an artist. We would paint together.I can remember in kindergarten painting Christmas balls. In second grade,I remember painting a large bulletin board for the hallway. In third grade ,my teacher let me build a teepee and paint pictures on the side. Fast forward to college where I studied psychology and painting. After receiving my Masters Degree in Guidance and Counseling,I went to work for the Baltimore City Public Schools. I enjoyed 35 wonderful years as a guidance counselor and later school principal. After receiving my doctorate, I taught Educational Leadership at Loyola and Johns Hopkins universities. I retired in 2009 and returned to my forever love-painting. I consider my
