Roilette was the name of the prior owner's prized race horse. Despite the name, Clos de la Roilette is in no way a clos.The vines are on the border of Moulin-à-Vent and have a similar structure to that cru compared to most Fleurie.***Whole-cluster, semi-carbonic maceration in concrete for 14 days.
