Skin Contact Field Blend 'Weiss' 2023

A field blend of Riesling, Muller-Thurgau, Kerner and Scheurebe, macerated for a few weeks. Textured and citrus driven, like salty grapefruit and wild herbs.  ***  There is a new generation of young winemakers in Germany, challenging the wine worlds view on what German natural wine is, and at the forefront is Martin Wörner and his label Marto.  In just 3 years, this 27-year-old is the producer on everyone’s lips in Tokyo, New York, London and Paris. I met Martin in July 2017 at Vegetal H20 wine fair in El Pinell de Brai, Spain. It was his first ever salon, showing just the two wines from his first vintage of 2106, production was a mere 2500 bottles.
