Dually Bogie Upgrade

This is a Heavy Duty upgrade.  Use this upgrade to protect track belt edges from damage.  This upgrade prevents the track belt from folding around the outside bogie wheels when traveling through treacherous terrain such as frozen ruts or uneven frozen ground.  To properly utilize this upgrade consider replacing axles 3 and 5 on a Standard frame or axles 3, 5 and 7 on an XL frame.  The Dually Bogie Upgrade provides “dually” bogies on the ends of the bogie shaft.  In order to accomplish proper fitment the bogie wheels must custom machined.  Each kit will upgrade 1 of your existing bogie axles.  Kit includes: 4 custom machined bogie wheels, heavy duty aluminum insert type 1 bogie axle, extra long, hardened steel 2 spacer bushings, dually bogie positioning, size “M” 1.188” 2 bogie sidewall washers 2 bogie end bolts 4 bogie end bolt washers 4 bogie shim washers, gold (use only if necessary) Note you will re-use 2 of your bogies and the spacer bushings that are between the rails and you will
