TASTING NOTES: Light in color with soft tannins. An aromatic and pleasing red, as are few others. Refreshing acidity with ripe red fruit. Very accessible and best served chilled. PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: Try it with tuna prepared in a delicious carpaccio style, also great with cured meats, roasted vegetables and pastas such as rigatoni alla Norma or spaghetti Puttanesca.
