Cascade

 Always drawn to the majesty of the cherry blossoms in full bloom, I’d seen dozens of images from the ground, but never before from an aerial perspective. I flew to Japan specifically to capture their ephemeral beauty from the sky. Early that Spring morning, like a hidden secret above the mountains east of Kyoto, amidst this symphony of blossoming pinks and whites, I spotted a perfect waterfall cascading down between the branches. 🚁
