This badge reel comes with industrial strength 3M Dual Lock fastener attached, and is compatible with any interchangeable topper sold by Donut Season.  *Does not come with badge reel topper; this is a starter or replacement badge reel. See listings for badge reel toppers to purchase the topper separately, or bundled with a badge reel mechanism. DETAILS- clear housing badge reel mechanism with swivel alligator clip-dual lock fastener (similar to Velcro or other hook and loop fasteners, but made from more durable interlocking plastic) affixed to badge reel- easy to sanitize, no fabric parts
