Door Armor SafeRoom Jamb Shield (Interior)

THE DOOR SECURITY “STANDARD” FOR INTERIOR DOORS The Door Armor Safe Room Security Kit takes the ultimate in door security inside of your home. We always warn customers that many interior doors are hollow so, while the Safe Room Kit will make the door and door frame stronger, there is only so much that can be done to strengthen a hollow door.  The PRO Safe Room kit adds 2 PRO Door Shields and the PRO SafeRoom Master Bundle adds the additional protection of a Night Lock to secure the bottom of the door. The Door Armor Safe Room Jamb Shield is 40" long. It attaches to the lock side of the door jamb. The jamb shield is cut with knock-out holes that are designed to fit locks spaced from 4.5" to 21.5" apart.  NOTE: While the Safe Room Jamb Shield will make the jamb considerably stronger, we warn customers that many interior doors are hollow, limiting the effectiveness of any protective device.
