Tail of Two Hearts Running Skirt

The finishing touches come from a soft satin non-roll elasticated waist band, and our signature oversized “Butt Bow” (TM) both in a bright white bow and teal waist. Dottie skirts are designed to stretch for comfort. If in doubt we recommend sizing down from your usually expected size.
