This skirt is inspired by the main duck himself Donald! White tulle is a lightweight base for a white satin circle skirt topped with beautiful royal blue sequins in our classic Dottie drape design. The finishing touches come in our sunny yellow satin non-roll elasticated waist band, and of course our signature oversized Butt Bow (TM).  This item is in stock and ready to ship. Please no size substitutions or customization requests. Dottie skirts are designed to stretch for comfort. If in doubt, we recommend sizing down from your usually expected size.
