The most classic staple in every wardrobe - now available in Dottie form! This skirt is chic black on black on black throughout all the layers: tulle, satin, and sequins! The final touches come in a soft satin elasticated non-roll waistband and our signature oversized Butt Bow (TM).  Dottie skirts are designed to stretch for comfort! If in doubt, we recommend sizing down from your usually expected size. Remember to shape your bow for the drying process!
