Clearly Holo Dip Powder

Clearly Holo is just that, a clear Holographic Pigment dip powder. But, the beauty truly reigns when this powder is chromed over an extremely dark color.  That is when you will see the rainbow of colors that Holographic truly is!  Using this as a dip powder will still be beautiful, but because the Holographic Pigment is a white based pigment, it will not be clear on your nails.  But, used as intended, as a chrome powder, this powder will most likely be your favorite to add to a dark color.  Shine a light on the finished chromed fingers and you'll be looking for a pot of gold at the end of your rainbow!
