Every Day Blues Dip Powder

Every Day Blues is a complex dip powder.  This is made of Sky Blue Foils, Champagne Silver Foils, UV pigment and Glow Pigment.  You have a gorgeous Blue color change in the Sun and a Sky Blue Glow in the dark.  (Glow powders must be charged with a very strong direct light before they will glow.  Being in the sun will help).  As with all UV powders, the higher the UV rays, the better change you will see.   NOTE: Using some Gel Liquids (including those we have) may block the UV change.  Using Dip Liquids will allow the UV change.  A dip of clear before using a foil dip helps with coverage. Also, laying your fingers onto the powder rather than dipping into is recommended for foil dips.
