Foiled Rotten Dip Powder

Foiled Rotten is perfect and simple but stunning!  Light Rose, Pink/Purple and Silver Champagne Foils make up this true delight.  I also added some Iridescent Mixed Glitters which gives this one a bit of color! Don't sleep on this one! These foils DO NOT bleed.  This means that you can use Activator on them and you will not have any issues.  Foils can be wild and crazy, I cannot lie!  But, after you dip, using your finger or plastic wrap, pat down the foils.  When you add more base or activator, the foils will flatten.  A dip of clear before using a foil dip helps with coverage. Also, laying your fingers onto the powder rather than dipping into is recommended for foil dips.
