Pastel Blooms was made specifically to pair with Buy Me Flowers but could easily pair with many of our main line dip powders! Made with Pastel Satin mixed sized Glitters and Purple Foils, this color is just so sweet! If you use Dip Liquids to apply, your foils may turn Pink even if you encapsulate in clear dip powder. Using Gel Liquids to apply will keep your Purple Foils Purple. Either way, this is going to be beautiful on your nails!
