INFORMATION TASTING NOTES VARIETIES Luz Helena's (Maracay) husband and Felipe's (Jardines del Eden) dad is Jairo Arcila. This coffee comes from his farm, Santa Monica. It's a Castillo variety that was fermented with mango. Speaking of mango, there's a street artist in Tulsa who makes some brilliant MANGO tags, and he recently got arrested in what must've been a dramatic law enforcement pursuit involving helicopters and patrol cars. The kid was, after all, armed with spray paint. As you can imagine, the rally cries (tags, really) immediately began: FREE MANGO. I really thought they were talking about the coffee.
