Vintage Glaswerk Dobern Crystal Bowl

This charming little bowl was most likely produced sometime between 1960-1980. It measures 4.5” high and 6” in diameter. It’s perfect for small apartments with lots of light. Glaswerk Döbern (also known as VEB Glaswerk Döbern) was a glass factory in Döbern, Brandenburg, Germany, known for producing high quality decorative glassware, particularly cut-to-clear 24% lead crystal items like liqueur glasses, wine goblets, and bowls, in a variety of colors such as amethyst, emerald green, and cobalt blue. The company was part of the GDR's (East German) state-owned enterprises and produced items in the mid-century modern and retro styles.  Ships for $4.50 in the continental US.
