Simply mix it into water or your child’s favorite drink. Normal Dosage: 50 lbs or less: 1 ml-1x daily 51 lbs or more: 2 mls-1x daily Advanced Dosage: 50 lbs or less: 1 ml-2x daily 51 lbs or more: 2 mls-2x daily Consult with your child's health practitioner before taking this or any dietary supplement. When introducing a new supplement, we recommend taking the lowest dose for 2-3 days. As tolerated, increase the dose until you have reached the recommended normal or advanced guidelines.
