Single Virtual Consultation with Dr. Melillo

A Virtual consultation can be performed with Dr Melillo for patients from anywhere in the world.   First, we start with you completing some paperwork on line so that we can create a file. Dr Melillo will usually review that file a few times before the call and we also welcome you to send over any other tests, reports or anything that you have if you would like him to review it before your call to prepare.  The call is scheduled for 1 hour usually on Zoom.  We do record the call and will provide you with a copy of the recording so that you can review it at a later time if you wish and it will become part of your patient file for our records. During the call, he will go over the paperwork with you and ask you a lot of questions during the call.  He will then talk about his recommendations for the case... this can be a variety of therapy and treatment options but it is really customized to just your case.   This is an excellent option for families to get his opinion or ask him specific q
