White Puerh Tea (Caffeinated)  (ORGANICALLY GROWN) Available in 1 oz White buds from old Yunnan Pu’erh trees are used to create this delicate white tea. The leaves are fermented in the traditional style, but only using unopened fuzzy leaf buds. Pu-erh is the most oxidized form of tea and can mellow and improve with age like fine wine. The Pu’erh White Tea is very light in color with a subtle and agreeable flavor, with delicate notes of wildflower honey.. INGREDIENTS Ripe Chinese Pu'erh Tea (Camellia sinensis) BREWING INSTRUCTIONS 8 OZ CUP Scoop a heaping teaspoon of tea into infuser. Heat water to 212° F (boiling). Pour 8 oz. of water over tea leaves. Steep tea for 3-5 minutes (depending on taste preference). Remove infuser and enjoy tea. POTFUL Simply add to your infuser one heaping teaspoon of leaf per 8 oz. of water and place it in your pot, then add the appropriate amount of 212° F water and let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
