Our professional service unlimited offers our customers unlimited support of Dragon Medical.  This includes ; Troubleshooting and repairing issues with Dragon Medical. Set up of initial users as well as networked user roaming profiles. Backup of custom words and phrases. Best case integration with EMR systems.  (some EMR systems use Remote Desktop, Citrix or a web portal.  At times there are limitations for Dragon Medical.  While we have many work-arounds and in most cases all issues are resolved, sometimes we have to get creative). Our rates vary but generally are $125 hourly for remote support and $175 hourly for in-person support.  With this service level agreement, you have unlimited support for the life-cycle of your product with no additional charges. A product life-cycle is generally determined by ; 3 years from date of release. When new upgrades are released and available.
