The Highlander is our take on a traditional Scottish garrison hat.   Worn perched jauntily off to the side or straight on, this perky little hat is a great addition to any costume! The Highlander is made with velvet or tapestry fabrics and comes with a removable feather hat pin. We make this hat for both men and women! Seen enough?
