A convenient measured dose with each use.Individuals living in a dry climate or spending much of their time indoors with either central heating or air conditioning may find the Nasal Spray to be of use. Measured dose pump Made without gluten or GMOs Vegan INGREDIENTS: Water (aqua), glycerin (vegetable), citrus paradisi (grapefruit) seed extract [CITRICIDAL] (0.1%), and sodium chloride. Directions: Remove protective cap. With head held upright, insert spray nozzle into nostril and depress pump completely 2 or 3 times. Sniff deeply . Repeat up to 3 times daily.
