The grapefruit seed extract we use has been shown via third-party testing to be free of the potentially dangerous contaminants triclosan, benzethonium chloride, and benzalkonium chloride. Supplement Facts  Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, 1 or 2 capsules three or four times daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Use for up to three months, reduce intake if stomach irritation occurs.Do not exceed daily intake of 1500 milligrams.Keep in a cool, dry place, tightly capped.
