Posterzine Issue 58, Lynnie Z
Posterzine™️ is a monthly mini-magazine in poster form In the 58th edition of People of Print's Posterzine series, British artist Lynnie Z takes part in a wide-ranging discussion that includes covering how she annoys her studio neighbors, her obsession with finding faces, and getting into the flow. Lynnie Z's female characters flirtatiously gaze at the viewer, posed among patterns, bold geometric shapes and tropical plants. Her mother—who is also an artist—grew up in Tanzania, and Lynnie Zes childhood trips to Africa are a clear influence on her work. An exclusive interview with Lynnie Z backs a full poster print of this issue's cover image.
