M5 Bass

Using the same sexy contours of the Maverick guitar, the M5 bass starts off as a solid piece of Swamp Ash that is whittled down to its vintage offset shape, with generous belly cuts and forearm relief. Add in a Hard Maple 34" Scale Neck that is bolted up to the M5 Body and you realize that you are getting a serious players' machine. The satin finish on the neck, the 21 jumbo frets; it is begging to lay down that back beat for you. And routed in to that Swamp Ash body are two Seymour Duncan Alnico Active Humbuckers, 1 in the neck and 1 in the bridge position. The Seymour Duncan Humbuckers give you the option of Active or Passive tone. There are 2 Volume controls, 1 for each pick-up and a balance knob and the 3-band EQ control.
