Slab of Ribs

Our signature offering, Dreamland's world-famous ribs are prepared using the same technique we developed back in 1958.  Our St. Louis-style pork spare ribs are cooked over a hickory wood-fired pit & basted with our vinegar-based BBQ sauce. All perishable items are fully cooked and shipped frozen in a reusable, heavy-duty Lo-Boy EPS cooler packed with dry ice.
