Black based silver magnetic polish filled with blue and purple shifting microflake shimmer. Magnet not included. Dries smooth. No staining reported. Dries to a satin finish, glossy topcoat recommended for maximum shine.  Magnetic instructions: Start by applying one coat of magnetic polish to all your nails and allow to dry. For each nail, add a second, thicker coat of polish - thin coats won't dry too fast and won't magnetize properly. Right away, hold the magnet about ¼ inch from your nail for 15–30 seconds. The closer and longer you hold it, the stronger the design will look.If you want an even bolder effect, add a third coat and hold the magnet in the same spot again. Repeat this for each nail. Finish with a quick-dry topcoat, then hold the magnet over the nail for another 15–30 seconds.
