Ooh Shiny! is our quick dry top coat. When we were looking for a top coat to distribute, we had a list of requirements, and this one ticks all the boxes for us, and for our testers. - Dries fast. (One of our testers timed it at 8 minutes!)- Doesn't cause shrinkage.- Doesn't smear nail art.- Doesn't dull holos. - Smooths most glitters in 2 coats. Also works VERY well over a coat of Gelous. Please note that this top coat is only 2-free, as it does contain Toluene. It smells stronger than regular polish because of the Toluene. No DBP, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, or camphor.
