For installation, simply drill a hole slightly smaller than the screw into the surface (make sure you hit a stud in a wall) and gently twist the bird in until snug. Do not over tighten by pulling on the bird. If you want to go tighter, use a flathead screwdriver on the screw itself to twist in further.
