Design your own custom birthstone ring! Each ring is handcrafted in Istanbul Custom Orders are placed on Monday's and Thursday's only. Your necklace will take 7-10 business days to arrive at Dress&Dwell for pickup. If you want to have the order shipped to your home, an additional shipping fee will be applied and an additional 3 days for shipping.  You can choose up to 5 different birthstone months.  To Order: (You will be able to customize all the options at checkout) In the special instructions Box on the checkout/cart page, please include the following information: 1.
