The One-Year Online Training package includes: A personalized high intensity training exercise program and diet A 1-hour initial consultation to discuss your goals, explain your exercise and nutrition program, and answer your questions Three 1-hour follow-up sessions during your first month to go over your exercise and nutrition program in detail Two bi-weekly 1-hour follow-up sessions each subsequent month to evaluate your progress and optimize your workouts, diet, and exercise form, answer your questions, and keep you accountable and on track to accomplish your goals. Detailed instructions for tracking your workouts, diet, and performing goal-specific measurements including comparison photography Support via e-mail and text every day (responses may take longer during weekends and some holidays) Online training requirements: You must track your workouts and physical activity and send weekly reports You must measure and record all food and drink including calories and macronutrient
