Azoychka Yellow Slicer Heirloom Tomato - Organic
65 Days to Maturity. Certified Organic. Impressive flavor, productivity, and earliness make this indeterminate variety great for both gardens and farms in the Midwest. Medium sized slicers are 3-6" across and 8-12oz, with size increasing at first and then decreasing as the season progresses. Although this is an indeterminate variety, most of the production is early in the season and then tapers. Transplant. Start indoors 6 weeks before last frost date. Transplant deep, up to second set of true leaves. Stake or trellis, and harvest fruit often once fully yellow but still slightly firm. Can let ripen on counter until bottom of tomato starts to blush with pink or red. Despite being indeterminate, production tapers towards end of season.
