Shanghai Green Mini Bok Choi - Organic

35 Days to Maturity. Certified Organic. Crisp choi is a joy throughout the growing season. Wonderful in a stir fry or chopped into a salad for some added crunch. Small heads 6-8". Prone to bolting during hotter times of year, but even without a dense rosette the stems - even the flowering stalk prior to buds opening - are excellent in stir fries.  Direct seed. Sow early every 1-2" and thin to 4-6" for spring crop. Seed every few weeks throughout growing season for continued harvest. Cover to reduce insect damage, especially for spring plantings.
