25 Days to Maturity. Certified Organic. Reliable choice for a crunchy red radish at any season. Classic red color and uniform round bulbs are extremely heat tolerant and perform well in the Midwest in spring, summer, or fall. Great flavor and the greens are edible too. Without a doubt the best radish we've ever grown.  Direct seed at 1/2" spacing, then thin to 2-4" (depending on desired size) at 2nd true leaf. Keep moist. Begin harvesting when bulbs reach 1" diameter, but Sora is forgiving and can be good even up to 2.5” diameter. Excels in cool weather, but can even be great into summer. To discourage flea beetles and root maggots, consider row cover. Tested at 96% germination in February 2025.
