105 Days to Maturity. Classic, large-sized butternut. Great flavor. Stores well into winter and gets sweeter as it cures. Transplant or direct seed after danger of frost. When starting indoors, transplant at 1st or 2nd true leaf. Cover against pests from planting until flowering if possible. Cure for 1 month for optimal flavor, then eat through January.
