Organic Gunpowder Green Loose Leaf Tea

Our favorite organic tea and our number one selling green tea to our restaurant customers.   The typical gunpowder form is created by wetting the leaves a few times during the short roasting period, which slows down the drying process and results in a curling of the leaves. This organic version, has a higher caffeine content but can also be infused more than once which will reduce the slightly tangy character.   Each bag brews 40+ cups of tea.    2-3 minutes  176-194° F  1 heaped tsp./6 oz. serving
