Mexican Chiapas - A Floral and Red Wine Coffee (Light Roast)

Mexican Chiapas We brought on a Mexican Chiapas a couple years ago as a rotational coffee that we had no plan on really keeping around long term as a staple coffee. Nonetheless, after hearing from numerous customers that Chiapas was their go-to coffee of ours, we decided to keep it around.  Chiapas isn't a variety for everyone, but just like a Tanzanian Peaberry or Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, it's distinctiveness is what makes it the coffee of choice for many!    Tasting Notes: Hints of dark chocolate and peanut butter with a hint of sweetness Acidity: High Mouthfeel: Mellow body, crisp.
