This show-stopping orange wine was made according to a 6000-year-old tradition. The Fides Grenache Blanc 2019 wine was naturally fermented and matured in neutral vessels. Complex dried, waxy orange peel, marzipan with secondary fruit characters. Instead of simply tasting fruit or flowers this wine tastes of bruised apple, pot pourri and candied peel.
