Blended rum produced by St. Lucia Distillers, St. Lucia’s last remaining distillery, located in Roseau Majority molasses distillate with a small amount of rum distilled from fresh sugarcane juice Blend of Coffey and pot still rums (72% column and 28% pot still) aged 6 –11 years in ex-bourbon and port casks Notes of honeyed raisins, oak, and crème caramel are followed by hints of leather, tobacco, and coffee bean 46% ABV This expression is made as a tribute to Denis Barnard, who established the original Dennery distillery—that eventually became part of St. Lucia Distillers—in 1931.
