The coffee is rich and robust with the aroma of cacao and Madagascar vanilla bean. The base spirit is made from Whey which is a bi-product of the yogurt making industry and has cleverly been repurposed rather than being a waste product. This product is great as a coffee liqueur. You can use it in all of your favorite cocktails. It's also great by itself as an espresso martini.
