Mumm Napa 2018 Blanc de Blancs Reserve Extra Brut

Blanc de Blancs translates to “white of whites,” meaning we use only white grapes to make this wine. We picked the grapes for this Blanc de Blancs by hand during the cold morning hours to ensure they arrived in pristine condition. Aromas of Meyer lemon curd, tangerine, and green apple lead into notes of toasty biscuit and freshly baked brioche. The refined mousse highlights tangerine and apple, along with lovely brioche tones from so much time aging on the yeast. This is an elegant wine with balanced acidity and nice mid-palate weight leading into a long, delicate finish.
