Place fresh, salmon fillet skin side down on tin foil; drizzle with Tuscan Herb, Blood Orange, or Lemon Olive Oil then generously sprinkle on Salmon Rub! Grill on preheated charcoal grill for 12-16 minutes (or until cooked through). Use a metal spatula to separate salmon from skin (keeping skin stuck to foil) and place fillet on serving dish, serve with baby greens and roasted red potatoes! Yummo!
