Description 20.5" Loadable Dumbbells With these 20.5" adjustable loadable dumbbells you won't be disappointed. These loadable dumbbells are adjustable to 15-165lbs. The loadable dumbbells have needle bearings for smooth kinetic power transition when performing workouts which prevent energy leaks in training and can be easier on the joints with heavy loads. The loadable dumbbell handles provide a medium grip knurling intensity to prevent slippage with sweaty palms. The loadable dumbbell sleeves are 6" long on each side which can allow a maximum of three 25lb. plates on each side or a maximum of six 10lb. plates on each side with spring collars. Although these dumbbells can fit even 45lb. plates we have found that 10lb. plates are the best to use with no restriction in range of motion in exercises and 25lb. plates also have no restriction in range of motion for most exercises. The sleeves are 50mm/2" in dimeter to fit olympic standard weight plates.
