S85 Vanos Pump Bearing Kit

Black Friday Sale! 15% off An absolute must-do for the S85 engine! The vanos oil pump bearing ring will gradually deform over time until it seizes completely and destroys the pump. If you catch it early enough you can easily rebuild the pump with our new bearing ring. We have put together a basic kit that includes everything needed to rebuild your pump -  A new, stronger outer bearing ring All necessary O-rings for the 4 pressure valves Note that this kit does not include the needle bearing itself, just the oil pump bearing ring that typically fails. If your pump has more damage than just a cracked bearing ring, then you will likely need a completely new pump.  Installation is straight-forward, but you will need a T20 and T25 torx bit, and  small snap-ring pliers to remove one of the pressure valves to replace the 2 O-rings.
