S85 Vanos Pump Rebuild Kit

The vanos oil pump bearing will gradually deform over time until it seizes completely and destroys the pump. If you catch it early enough you can easily rebuild the pump. We have put together a comprehensive kit that includes everything needed to completely rebuild your pump -  New outer bearing ring All necessary O-rings for the pump New Pump chain sprocket New Pump chain Chain guide kit Note that this kit does not include the needle bearing itself, just the outer pump bearing ring that typically fails. If your pump has more damage than just a cracked bearing ring, then you will likely need a completely new pump.  Installation is straight-forward, but you will need a T20 and T25 torx bit and snap-ring pliers to remove one of the pressure valves to replace the 2 O-rings.
