That way they can test out he concept, and see how much it helps first, before spending big for fancier or even custom made moisture chambers. Then one of our regular suppliers offered us some and I couldn't resist!  I tried out this goggle working at my computer, and I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it was, especially as I am not very tolerant of goggles of any kind. One of the things I have found though is that I tolerate eyewear better if it's completely transparent all around. So these didn't really bother me.
