In some environments, the obvious trade-off may be excess fogging on the lenses - meaning our moisture needs end up at war with our vision needs.  Aidan came across Nano Magic at Vision Expo West in Las Vegas last September and thought the wipes worked quite well. While obviously the environment there was very dry, some glasses fogging was inevitable due to the combination of glasses and a mask. Since then, I've tried it out on both my regular glasses and some moisture chambers and find it quite effective. I couldn't begin to explain the technical reasons of how/why these work, but the people who make and sell it sure seem to nerd out on it. I imagine that no anti-fog anything
