Contact lens wetting drops do not list their ingredients quite the same way but if you scroll down to "Contents" you'll see a complete ingredient list.  Refresh is perhaps the least likely to be irritating compared to other drops on the market. Mileage varies... we all have our favorites and unfavorites, and there's no way to figure it out except trial and error. Rewetting drops are almost always sold in preserved bottles. That makes for a cheap, handy drop, which is compelling. And if you're wearing sclerals, very little of that drop is likely to ever touch the cornea. However, those of us with dry eye tend to avoid preservatives in general, in which case a better option may be to choose a preservative free artificial tear. Don't f
