These have been up-potted to larger pots - available fall 2025 Aloe arborescens 'Variegata', commonly known as Candelabra Aloe or Gilded Candelabra, is a succulent shrub with branching stems that form rosettes of thick, variegated leaves. Featuring sword-shaped leaves with cream-colored or yellow bands, it can grow up to 10 feet tall, occasionally producing red tubular flowers in winter. This cultivar originated in nurseries and gardens, selected for its ornamental value, and is prized for its variegated foliage. Easy to grow, it prefers full sun, well-drained soil, and occasional watering, thriving in USDA zones 9b to 11b. While less frost-tolerant than the non-variegated form, it can still tolerate temperatures from 25°F to 50°F. Candelabra Aloe adds texture and visual interest to gardens, rockeries, or containers, making it a desirable choice for landscapes. Can be used much as the standard plant (for example as a "living fence") but it's variegation makes it a potential focal point
